At H&A Middle East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
